Fourth of July...a month later

These pictures are almost a month old now, but we just got them from Grandpa Stockwell and they were too cute not to share. This year, we took a hiatus from the usual Stockwell Fourth of July celebration in Waterford to attend Tarek and Liz's wedding in beautiful Burke Vermont. Check out this setting:

During the day on Saturday, we went in search of a place to swim. While we didn't find the "swimming hole" that was apparently somewhere nearby, we did have our own adventures, scaling a steep cliff down to this pristine private brook. Ethan especially enjoyed getting his face all muddy and riding in the current with Grandpa.
